Balwantray Thakore
Balwantray Thakore (Balavantarāya Kalyāṇarāya Ṭhākora, Gujarati: બ.ક.ઠાકોર or બળવંતરાય ઠાકોર) (1869-1952) , as popularly he is known, was born at Bharuch in Gujarat. He was very well known poet of Gujarati literature.
Contribution
He was known as " Poem-teacher " or " Kavita-Shikshak " in Guajarti literature. His famous and only poem collection is named as " Bhankaar ". He also wrote some books on literary criticism like 'Lyric', 'Aapni Kavita Samrudhhi'.
